These terms and conditions apply when you use the Rose Voyage website, submit a flight-search request, accept a flight quotation, or complete a booking. By requesting our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Rose Voyage Travels provides flight search, quotation, booking assistance and coordination services. The actual travel services (flights) are provided by third-party airlines and suppliers, and their terms and conditions apply directly to your tickets.
All prices quoted include taxes unless stated otherwise. Optional additions (such as extra baggage, seat selection, or special assistance) may incur separate fees. Payment options and deadlines will be detailed with your quotation. Tickets are only issued after clear payment is received and processed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all passenger names, genders, dates of birth, and travel details are checked carefully before booking. Passenger names must match travel documents exactly. Airlines may charge penalties for changes or reject boarding if names contain spelling errors.
Travellers are solely responsible for acquiring and carrying valid passports, visas, transit permits, health/vaccination declarations, and fulfilling all immigration requirements. We may share general information, but the final checks are your responsibility.
Baggage allowances and seat choices are set by the operating airline. Seat selections and special requests (meals, medical support) are subject to airline approval and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the carrier.
Under EU and German consumer law (Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 3 EGBGB / § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), contracts for passenger transport services — including flight bookings — are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most distance contracts. This is because your booking is tied to a specific departure date and airline inventory.
In practice this means: once you confirm a fare and we issue payment instructions or a ticket is booked on your behalf, you cannot withdraw from that booking simply because you changed your mind. Any changes, cancellations, or refunds are instead governed by the airline's fare rules and Section 8 above. Requesting a quote itself is free and non-binding and does not create a contract.
If you find a lower publicly available fare for the exact same flight (same airline, route, cabin class, dates, and fare conditions) before you have confirmed and paid for a booking with us, we will try to match or beat that price, subject to the following conditions:
Airlines reserve the right to alter schedules, aircraft types, or cancel routes. In such events, the operating carrier is responsible for re-routing or issuing refunds under applicable passenger rights. We will assist you in coordinating these changes.
Group bookings (typically 10+ passengers), complex multi-city journeys, or special assistance flights are subject to custom contracts, payment schedules, and cancellation policies, which will be provided with your custom quote.
We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your travel plans, enquiries, and customer surveys.
Rose Voyage Travels acts only as a booking agent. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or cancellations caused directly by the operating airlines, airports, or third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, government lockdowns, wars, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Sample fares and savings shown on our website are for illustration and are based on historical consolidator availability. Actual fares vary by season, cabin class, booking class, and date of travel.

These terms are governed by local consumer regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
